I love this granola for these reasons: lots of nuts, cooked just right, no canola oil (which was made by genetically altering the rapeseed plant, so don't believe it when you read "organic), sea salt (not table salt -- which isn't really all salt), sweetened with maple syrup vs. cane sugar, non-GMO, and fresh!! DO store it in the refrigerator because toasted nuts do go rancid quickly, and I had that happen when I left it in a cookie jar on the counter. I recently tried another locally made granola that had acceptable ingredients only to find that it was made using commercial salt (and too salty), and it was cooked until it was too hard and dry. I'm back here for good. I am also delighted when I get my order and get little trial packs of other treats! I would also love to see a granola made with a little less sweetener or perhaps with brown rice syrup, an even more gentle and wholesome sweetener, and with safflower oil.
