Nothing says Spring in Vermont like pure maple syrup, fresh boiled from the Spring sap. Maple is beloved in Vermont, flowing in March from our hardy state tree, the sugar maple. Forty gallons of sap are boiled and distilled down to 1 gallon of maple syrup and the result is incredibly delicious.
