French Sea Salt Caramels
Known as the "salt gatherer's delight," Esprit Du Sel caramels are a quintessential French country confection. Produced on the historic island of Ré, where salt has been hand-harvested from the sea since the seventh century, these caramels are made with pure butter and whole milk from Poitou-Charentes, sugar, and Pineau Des Charentes wine. Creamy-soft with a long-lasting, melt-in-the mouth texture, they impart a rich buttery-sweet-salty tastiness.
This are one of the few confections we sell that we don't make ourselves. It is the finest caramel we've found in the world, so how could we resist?!
