French Sea Salt Caramels
Known as the "salt gatherer's delight," Esprit Du Sel caramels are a quintessential French country confection. Produced on the historic island of Ré, where salt has been hand-harvested from the sea since the seventh century, these caramels are made with pure butter and whole milk from Poitou-Charentes, sugar, and Pineau Des Charentes wine. Creamy-soft with a long-lasting, melt-in-the mouth texture, they impart a rich buttery-sweet-salty tastiness.
This are one of the few confections we sell that we don't make ourselves. It is the finest caramel we've found in the world, so how could we resist?!

I love caramel, but this is a whole new leave to caramel. I explosion you get when you bite into it is nothing but perfection. These wonderful creations bring a new stander to caramels.
