

I am eating one as I write this. It is so delicious—a smooth, creamy, warm blond chocolate sprinkled with sea salt. We make this solid blond bar with a highly prized caramelized white chocolate developed in France. Its flavor tones suggest shortbread, and the sea salt sprinkled on the back gives it a special bite. Our Salted Caramel bar won the prestigious Good Food Award in 2014, appropriately and officially ranking it among the best confections in the United States.

I've been resistant to the whole "salted caramel" phase we've seen sweeping our nation, but this is hands down, by far the absolute best flavor profile I've seen anyone come up with! This caramel is so smooth and rich with just the right amount of sea salt to pair beautifully. I can eat a whole bar in mere minutes, but try to restrain myself to make it last over more time...very hard to do! Keep up the great work Nutty Steph and never change this recipe!
