This chocolate bar is inspired by the place we call home, Vermont. We caramelize 100% pure Vermont maple sugar and butter in small stovetop batches making our maple toffee a perfect, deep ambery balance of brittle & chewy deliciousness. Then we smash it up and mix it with our ethically sourced 70% dark chocolate resulting in our most deliciously Vermonty bar to date.

Central American cacao forms the foundation of all the dark chocolate we produce. It grows alongside bananas, papayas, cinnamon, lemongrass, and hardwoods on small family owned farms.
