Central American and South American cacao forms the foundation of all the dark chocolate we produce. It grows alongside bananas, papayas, cinnamon, lemongrass, and hardwoods on small family owned farms. This socio-economic-agricultural arrangement is so good you can taste it. Complex and slightly fruity, this is the most delicious chocolate we've found in the world.
