Just a tad salty. Good to the core. That's our beloved Bernie Bar!
Dark chocolate with a liberal amount of sea salt. We ensure a high wage to cocoa farmers through this incredibly high-quality chocolate. Bernie would approve! Coarse sea salt flakes add the perfect edge to this luscious 70% cacao delight. Stock up on Bernie Bars for yourself or give to friends of all political persuasions.

Delightful texture and delicious flavor make this bar perfect in every way.
From the simple packaging (which has a lovely hand feel and opens elegantly) to the refreshingly salty Bernie supporting chocolate, this bar is worth your time and money. My neighborhood co-op in MN got a few bars and I'm pretty certain my husband and I bought the whole lot to share with family once we'd experienced our first bar.
Thanks for your review, Lisa, and for enjoying our chocolates. Glad you love your case of Bernie Bars!
These bars, like Bernie...ROCK!
Holy Vermont cow! I can't believe no one has reviewed these awesome bars yet! I ordered a case a while back and they were sooooo yummy. Just the ticket for anyone who loves the combination of salty and sweet....a perfect blend!
This Salted Caramel bar is so delicious—smooth and creamy with a warm blond color and sprinkled with sea salt. We make this solid bar with Dulcey blond chocolate, a highly prized caramelized white chocolate developed in France. Its flavor tones suggest shortbread, and the sea salt sprinkled on back gives it a special bite.
Our Salted Caramel bar won the prestigious Good Food Award in 2014, officially ranking it among the best confections in the United States.
I've been resistant to the whole "salted caramel" phase we've seen sweeping our nation, but this is hands down, by far the absolute best flavor profile I've seen anyone come up with! This caramel is so smooth and rich with just the right amount of sea salt to pair beautifully. I can eat a whole bar in mere minutes, but try to restrain myself to make it last over more time...very hard to do! Keep up the great work Nutty Steph and never change this recipe!
Our Love Bar features peppermint white chocolate blended with organic freeze-dried raspberries. The raspberries give this bar its delightful pink color from , so don't worry: You won't find artificial coloring or preservatives in this product, ever! The Love Bar is a gateway substance for (former) white chocolate resisters. Try it. You'll love it.
Aromatic peppermint enlivens the smooth rich and creamy texture of couverture white chocolate from France...not the waxy, overly sweet stuff I could never stomach - perfectly blended with crushed dried raspberries that marries all the flavors perfectly and tints the chocolate so beautifully I wanna cry! Bravo...I’m in love
Customers sometimes bound into our shop desperate for one thing and one thing only: our milk chocolate bar. You wouldn't think a plain chocolate bar could be this good, but ours boasts a rich smoothness and isn't too sweet. We make our own milk chocolate by blending white and dark chocolates to create a bar beyond compare. Simplicity at its best!
Pride Bar is a delicious tribute to social equality. It blossomed out of the belief that all people should be able to love who they love while eating mind-blowing chocolate. A portion of proceeds goes to The Pride Center of VT.
This 70% dark chocolate bar is infused with pure citrus oil pressed from fresh lemon peel and features candied ginger and pecan. It is much less random than it sounds!
Just had my first taste of the Pride Bar. Wow. Incredible! This is quite possibly the best bar I've ever tasted. I would switch sides for this bar. Seriously. The subtlety of the lemon and ginger pair especially well with the pecans and the dark chocolate. It's as near to ambrosia as I can imagine. Wish they had these bars in Alaska...
Pure Ecuadorian 70% chocolate forms the foundation of all the dark chocolate we produce. It grows wild alongside bananas, papayas, cinnamon, lemongrass, and hardwoods in forests owned by Ecuadorian cacao farmers. This socio-economic-agricultural arrangement is so good you can taste it. Complex and slightly fruity, this is the most delicious chocolate we've found in the world.
