Case of Bernie Bars

Customers sometimes bound into our shop desperate for one thing and one thing only: our milk chocolate bar. You wouldn't think a plain chocolate bar could be this good, but ours boasts a rich smoothness and isn't too sweet. We make our own milk chocolate by blending white and dark chocolates to create a bar beyond compare. Simplicity at its best! 

Ingredients - sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, milk, soy lecithin, pure vanilla

Pride Bar is a delicious tribute to social equality. It blossomed out of the belief that all people should be able to love who they love while eating mind-blowing chocolate. A portion of proceeds goes to The Pride Center of VT.

This 70% dark chocolate bar is infused with pure citrus oil pressed from fresh lemon peel and features candied ginger and pecan. It is much less random than it sounds!

Ingredients - cocoa mass, sugar, crystallized ginger, organic salted pecans, cocoa butter, pure lemon oil, vanilla extract

Central American cacao forms the foundation of all the dark chocolate we produce. It grows alongside bananas, papayas, cinnamon, lemongrass, and hardwoods on family owned farms. This socio-economic-agricultural arrangement is so good you can taste it. Complex and slightly fruity, this is the most delicious chocolate we've found in the world.

Adam and Eve, Romeo and Juliet, John and Yoko....Some love affairs were destined. Such is the case with milk chocolate and peanut butter! We make our own blend of unforgettable milk chocolate by combining our two impeccable chocolates: wild Ecuadorian dark and organic Italian white. The result is very rich but not too sweet, and the extra cocoa butter in the white chocolate makes it extremely smooth, especially with all that natural peanut butter blended in!
