Delightful texture and delicious flavor make this bar perfect in every way.
From the simple packaging (which has a lovely hand feel and opens elegantly) to the refreshingly salty Bernie supporting chocolate, this bar is worth your time and money. My neighborhood co-op in MN got a few bars and I'm pretty certain my husband and I bought the whole lot to share with family once we'd experienced our first bar.

Holy Vermont cow! I can't believe no one has reviewed these awesome bars yet! I ordered a case a while back and they were sooooo yummy. Just the ticket for anyone who loves the combination of salty and sweet....a perfect blend!
This Salted Caramel bar is so delicious—smooth and creamy with a warm blond color and sprinkled with sea salt. We make this solid bar with Dulcey blond chocolate, a highly prized caramelized white chocolate developed in France. Its flavor tones suggest shortbread, and the sea salt sprinkled on back gives it a special bite.

I've been resistant to the whole "salted caramel" phase we've seen sweeping our nation, but this is hands down, by far the absolute best flavor profile I've seen anyone come up with! This caramel is so smooth and rich with just the right amount of sea salt to pair beautifully. I can eat a whole bar in mere minutes, but try to restrain myself to make it last over more time...very hard to do! Keep up the great work Nutty Steph and never change this recipe!

Just had my first taste of the Pride Bar. Wow. Incredible! This is quite possibly the best bar I've ever tasted. I would switch sides for this bar. Seriously. The subtlety of the lemon and ginger pair especially well with the pecans and the dark chocolate. It's as near to ambrosia as I can imagine. Wish they had these bars in Alaska...
