Liz Knapp has been a Rabble-Rouser chocolatier for a little over a year.
She brings a history of working in agriculture and food justice.
She spent her 20s farming, her 30s raising two babies into sparkling and curious
daughters, and is thrilled to spend her 40s learning the art and science of
chocolate and making delicious confections and bars.
When not mucking about in chocolate, Liz enjoys hiking, crossword puzzles,
tabletop games, and house projects.
She lives in a cottage in the woods.
Her favorite R-R bar is Toffee Coffee. Or maybe Salted Caramel.
